In the summer of 2016, our family decided to begin a business to produce baked goods, including some goods based on hispanic recipes to share part of our hispanic roots  and love for good tasting and healthy  food with people in America, where we live. 

The name of our company was inspired in the beauty of the majestic "The Andes" mountains chain in South America,  where we were born, lived unforgettable moments and ate delicious hispanic baked goods.
